Dominion Capital Strategies is a financial services company regulated by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission (GFSC). All investment activities are governed by the laws of the Bailiwick of Guernsey. Investors are advised to seek independent financial advice before committing to any strategy.
Investing in global trends involves risk. The value of investments and the income from them can fall as well as rise. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. While our Protected Investment Portfolio (PIP) offers an 80% capital floor, this floor is subject to the conditions of the specific fund factsheet.
All client assets are held in segregated accounts by our primary custodian, BNY Mellon. This ensures that client wealth is protected and distinct from the operational assets of Dominion Capital Strategies.
Investors may request account liquidation at any time, subject to the daily liquidity provisions of the specific fund. Dominion reserves the right to suspend accounts found to be in violation of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
